Ingredients
400 gms ground pork
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 eggyolk
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup Carnation Evap
1 tsp salt
pinch pepper
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 pc laurel leaf
2 bouillon cubes
5 cups water
salt
pepper
1 pk molo wrappers, cut into wide strips
1 1/2 cups carnation evap
Procedures:
Make the meatballs by mixing first 12 ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Form into 1 1/2 ” balls. Place in the freezer until ready to use.
Sauté garlic, onions and laurel leaf in oil. Add in cubes and water and bring to a quick boil. Add in prepared meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes or until meatballs starts to float. Season with salt and pepper. Add in molo wrapper strips and blend in Carnation Evap and simmer for 5 more minutes and serve.
