Ingredients
3/4 kilo beef sirloin thinly sliced
2 medium white onions (cut into rings)
2 cloves medium garlic (minced)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
5 pcs. Medium calamansi or 1 lime
Procedures:
Marinade beef with salt, soy sauce, lime or calamansi, pepper, paprika and Carnation Evaporated milk. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Heat a medium pan with medium temperature. Melt butter then add garlic. Sauté for two minutes then add the beef sirloin without the liquid of marinade. Fry until the meat is no longer red.
Pour immediately the remaining liquid of marinade then stir-fry for about 5-10 minutes.
Top with onion rings and serve hot.
