Ingredients
2 cans Carnation condensed milk
1 cup coconut milk
4 box plain alsa gelatin diluted in 2 cups of water
1/2 cup kernel corn syrup from the can
1/4 cup kernel corn
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Procedures:
Heat a casserole under medium temperature. After 2 minutes, pour coconut milk. Allow the liquid to boil for 10 minutes then add Carnation condensed milk. Stir smoothly then simmer it for another 10 minutes.
Stir consistently then add the corn syrup and vanilla extract. After 10 minutes add kernel corn.Then after 2 minutes add diluted gelatin. Stir until smooth.
It’s done after one minute.
Prepare plastic or ceramic container either oval or square. Pour the Maja Blanca in the container then top with kernel corn. Allow it to cool and compact its form for 30 mins to an hour.
Serve hot or cold.
