Servings: 3
Ingredients
1/4 cup small white sago
1/8 cup diluted Caramel syrup
1/8 cup Carnation Evap
1 tsp pinipig
2 scoops crushed ice
Procedures:
To make the caramel syrup, put one cup of sugar set over quick fire and stir constantly while the sugar melts and changes to light brown liquid. Lift the pan occasionally from fire that the sugar might not be burned. Caramel syrup is cooked when it turns to golden brown liquid. In a tall glass, combine white sago, caramel syrup and Carnation Evap. Add the crushed ice. Top with pinipig.
