Graham Mango Cake

Ingredients

3 ripe mangoes
1 pack graham crackers
1 can carnation condensed milk
2 packs all-purpose cream
1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
1/2 pack gelatin (diluted in 1/4 cup hot water then cooled)

Procedures:

Prepare a square ceramic tray and arrange the first layer of graham crackers then set aside.

Slice the mangoes in thin shape then set aside also. Prepare a mixing bowl then place the all-purpose cream, condensed milk, melted butter and diluted gelatin. Mix them all together.

Spread the mixture using spatula on top of the graham and arrange the sliced mangoes in the layer. Repeat the same procedure by starting with graham crackers then cream and mangoes.

Chill overnight for best result.

Slice and serve cold.

you can substitute fruit salad instead of mangoes…yummy too

I think the gelatin acts as a binder so it’s better if you don’t omit it.

may i know what brand of gelatin should i use?

I guess any brand will do but use the unflavored ones. :)
