Ok the recipe sounds very good. I just finished making it. I run into couple of problems. The recipe says cut flavored jello into cubes only 1.)make sure after you cut them into cubes to set the molders into hot bath for 45 seconds or until it begins to come off the molders then transfer them to any serving cups you want. 2.)Also make sure you whisked all the ingredients continously until totally dissolved because there was no mention on how to do it other than “place in the pan…” mine got burned in the bottom of the pan that I have to use a strainer to remove any lumps 3.)Let it cool until no longer hot before you pour into the prepared molders otherwise all the cubes will melt completely. I waited a little bit but since the direction did not say it I did not waited longer enough and my fear was true my jello cubes started to melt I have to stick in the freezer until it cools down then I will transfer it to refrigerator until it harden or set.

I made this step by step but the flavoured (cubed) gulaman dissolved in the mixture!!! Why? Because the mixture is too hot.

The procedure wasn’t that precise.
