Cook Time:
Servings:

Ingredients

1/4 cup oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions diced
1 1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 kilo (500g) beef, cubed
125 g liver, cubed
5-8 cups beef stock
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 potatoes, cubed
1 carrot, sliced
1tsp ground black pepper
salt to taste
1/2 cup Carnation Evap

Procedures:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Stir-fry the onions until translucent. Add the tomatoes, cook until they soften.

Add the beef and the liver, stir-fry for a few minutes. When the liver is slightly cooked, remove it from the saucepan and set aside.

Add the tomato paste and the 2 cups of beef stock. Simmer over low heat until the beef is tender. Add 5-6 cups more of the broth, adding a little at a time while simmering.

Add the potatoes. Mash the liver with a fork and add to the saucepan. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the carrots and bell pepper. Add Carnation Evap and mix well.

you can even add cheese to make it more creamy.

i put Carnation milk eversince in my Calderata. Turo pa ng mom ko yon, secret nya yon. Milk and cheese para creamier, tapos medyo spicy. I remember my childhood, as in I love my mom’s Caldereta, pork, beef or chicken. Ang dami kong nakakain na rice. Para nga akong kargador!

about chicharong bulaklak..pakuluan mo muna yung bulak2 sa konting water, salt en vetsin.hayaan mu lang mgdrain yung mantika ng bulak2..this is the secret,,always remove excess oil from your bulaklak..yup,theres no need to use cooking oil,,it will be crispier en well cooked through that technique,,believe me
